Slider Academy
Slider Academy is an academy created and ran by AJMM Inc. and teaches its students how to slide on chairs with
wheels, called Sliders. The main room in Slider Academy is a big open space for students to slide. Every Slider is
different looking and has different feels when you slide on them. Students are graded on how good of a line they slide
in, their speed, and starting positions. In this section you will read about the history of Slider Academy, the staff,
detentions, homework, rivals, grading, Slidditch, and a list of all the Sliders made. Have fun!

History of Slider Academy:
Andy wanted someplace for kids to learn something in a kid-friendly way and have a school district for AJMM Inc.
Therefore he thought up the idea of Slider Academy and opened it. But it wasn't as easy as that. While he was
thinking of ideas, he thought of different names. Battle Academy, Food Academy, Hat Academy...those were a few.
He wanted some inspiration. While he was walking around in his headquarters, he saw some of his employees
sliding on chairs for fun. He was just about to yell at them to stop, but suddenly an idea sparked in his mind. He ran
back to his work station and thought of more names. Chair Academy, Wheel Academy. But it hit him:
Slider
Academy.
It was perfect! He got his employees to build him the school. When it was finished, Andy took a gander at
it. It was perfect! But he wasn't done yet. He needed a staff to work there.

The Staff:
Andy needed lots of people working there to get students. He hired many teachers, a principal, etc. They did a good
job so Andy kept them working at Slider Academy, whom many are still working there today.

Detentions:
Yes, even students at Slider Academy are naughty and need detention. Whenever a student gets one, they need to
come to school after-hours and do a short but hard test for their teacher. The test doesn't really go for their grade, but
if the students who have detention don't do it, they will get a strict scolding. Be nice, kids!

Homework:
Every Slider Academy occupant must have at least some homework, right? If not, they may not get much smarter. But
in any case, there's homework assigned on certain days and the student must do it for a grade. Most homework is
simple - naming Sliders, Slider parts, etc. or something else. But if a teacher thinks you need more (for example, the
student did something bad), he/she will get more homework that night. Keep studyin'.

Rivals:
Slider Academy has a rival they must compete with across the street. It's called Karate Academy, and it's all about
self-defense and karate. Who would go there if there's sliding availabe? In any case, people still go there so Slider
Academy sometimes has a hard time. They play Karaditch (similar to Slidditch, but more on that in a minute) and it's
sort of fun, but not as fun as Slidditch. Anyway, Slider Academy is way better. Don't listen to them.

Grading:
Students get graded by a special way: through how they slide. As said above, it is on how much of a straight line they
slide in, what their starting position is, and how fast they go when they slide. It's quite simple. An average student
must go in a pretty much straight line, by not curving or turning around. Students' starting positions must be graceful -
legs outsretched, arms curved outward - ready for a good, fast start to sliding. If they ever want to be in pro Slidditch,
they should start here! Also, grades get handed out every semester. There are 4 semesters and a semester changes
pretty much every month. Then it's next year after those 4 semesters pass, and it becomes a cycle. Grades are either
hand written and given to the students or typed on the computer and e-mailed to all the students' parents for them to
look at and see how well they are doing in school. Good luck!

Slidditch:
Sliders play a sport called Slidditch in Slider Academy. The object of the game is to get more points than the other
team, like most games. In order to do this, players must race around an oval shaped track and get to the finish line
first. It's racing only with Sliders! A team of 5 is composed so there is a total amount of 10 players in the game, 5 for
each side. Every time the finish line is crossed from a team member, a point is added. Points are tracked by a
scoreboard. At the end of each Slidditch game, an average team would probably have around 50 points. (Karaditch
is running around the track, but same idea.)

List of Sliders Made:
Here you will find a list of every Slider invented. They are in order of series. Going down is getting older. Have fun
